The Florida Association of County Attorneys, Inc. (FACA) is a Florida nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to provide a forum for research, advice and discussion in the development of local government law, including technical assistance. The Florida Association of County Attorneys is led by a Board of Directors and five officers. Those persons who serve as the county attorney, assistant, associate or deputy county attorney for a Florida county are eligible for membership. FACA has five standing committees — Finance & Tax; Public Safety & Courts; Growth Management; General Governmental and Amicus Curiae. The annual membership dues are $150 per attorney. The dues allow the member password-protected access to the FACA Forum Listserv and free registration to two FACA CLE Seminars held concurrently with the Florida Association of Counties Annual and Legislative Conferences.
